If I could give this company 100 stars, I would. I was not even a valet customer. I was just attending an event where they were working, but the way they went out of their way to make sure I felt safe was truly above and beyond. One of the attendants kindly walked me to my car just to ensure I got there safely, without me even asking.
I felt terrible that I did not have cash to tip, but they genuinely said they just wanted to make sure I was okay. That level of kindness and care says so much about the people behind this company. Every person I interacted with was professional, respectful, and thoughtful.
If you are looking for a valet company that treats people with heart and intention, this is it. Ten out of ten. Please use them. You will not regret it.

I’ve now had the pleasure of booking both a private car service and a party bus through VIP Valet, and each experience has been exceptional! Isabel and Lisa, in particular, have been great to work with—responsive, professional, and incredibly accommodating to our needs, even when plans changed. The vehicles provided were in pristine condition, and the staff assigned to us were not only professional but also communicative and attentive. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend V.I.P. Valet - they are fantastic! Extremely reliable, professional, reasonable, and so easy to work with. We used them for a fundraising event, and they were so on top of everything - they were early and fast - I don't think anyone had to wait for their cars at all. I would use them again in a second!
